Hammersmith - Hybrid working
Salary:
Competitive - Plus 10% bi annual bonus paid quarterly and overtime opportunities
Working Hours:
Full-time, Monday - Friday (37.5 hours)
About the role
The Capacity Planning ensures that the right resource is available when and where required to meet Infrastructure Build near term volume demands.
You will be responsible for maintaining high Engineer utilisation to deliver homes passed targets at optimumcost efficiency, as well as supporting the organisation to identify risks in resource availability, skills, tooling and fleet.
To be successful in role you will need to understand business operations and collaborate with internal stakeholders to obtain currentand accurate deliveryinformation for yourplanningactivities.
You will keep abreast of cross-functional change programmes to mitigate risk or impact to yourtargets.What will you be doing?
- Assess existing capacity, and leadcapacityplanningactivities to ensure delivery of homes passed targets at optimise resource efficiency and cost
- Regularly review your plans with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals, input to change programmes, understanding of existing and future capacity demand, and mitigation of risks and issues relating to throughput and cost efficiency/utilisation.
- Refine systems and methods to continually improve plans so that the organisation can better anticipate and meet targets
- Maintain a view of actual versus forecast projections and ensure that effective data, analysis, and performance metrics are available to stakeholders.
What we are looking for:
- Relevant degree is preferred, HND, BTec Professional Level 5 Award or equivalent NVQ Level 5 qualifications
- Experience in a capacityplanning role within or outside of telecoms.
- Strong IT systems knowledge and skills including advanced Excel skills
- Building capacity/forecasting models and plans, and undertaking complex analysis to create information
