    Centre ManagerWe are looking for an experienced Centre Manager (and ideally auto technician) who's amazing with customers, can motivate their team, and manage workflows at a busy fast-fit Centre.

    Because bringing the team together to deliver our special brand of customer service is what makes Kwik Fit the UK's biggest and best fast-fit specialist.

    Skills & Experience * Proven managerial ability in the automotive industry or retail management * To understand the role of every single person in your team * A motivational, coaching-based approach to team development * To instill a real customer focus in your team * To lead on values, principles and high standardsKey AccountabilitiesService, repairs, MOTs, fast-fit, stock control and audits are just some of the things we do in our busy auto centres.
