    Rust Developer

    Industries: Crypto / Financial Services

    Location: London, UK (Flexible working)

    Job Type: Full-Time

    Salary: Up to £160,000 base salary + benefits/bonus

    The Role:

    We're delighted to have partnered with a disruptive and dynamic industry-leader who are at the forefront of the deep crypto market.

    The organisation are looking for a Software Engineer with trading experience to take a key role in new and existing trading strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of blockchains, DeFi and prior experience working within automated trading.

    The ideal candidate should have the majority of the following:

    • Proven experience in engineering with a focus on Web3 technologies.
    • Strong Rust proficiency.
    • Well-adversed in web3 programming with other languages like TypeScript and/or Python.
    • Experienced in writing production quality code in a compiled language.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently & collaboratively.
    • Experience with non-EVM blockchains (eg. Solana/Cosmos/Aptos/Sui).
    • Knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes.
    • Experience with cloud computing & distributed systems.

    Permanent / Full-Time Employment.
