The Supply Room is currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work with students aged years in Southampton, Hampshire.

If you have previous experience, training or qualifications in Childcare, Education, Health & Social Care, we want to hear from you

As a Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to support children of all abilities within a UK classroom setting, particularly those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Your responsibilities may include providing one-to-one support, assisting with classroom activities, implementing individual learning plans, and promoting inclusivity and independence among students.

This position is perfect for support or care workers, tutors, sports coaches, psychology graduates, or anyone with a genuine interest in helping individuals with additional needs.

The pay rate is £80 - £85 per day, and there are fixed term contract opportunities with the possibility of becoming a permanent member of staff within a local primary, secondary, or specialist school in Southampton.

Working hours are 8:30am-3:30pm.
