Job profile:


To provide an effective service in the Works Control Centre ensuring the service offered enables the Sellafield Site to comply with the appropriate legislation.

Specifically, Site Licence (SL) condition 28. SLC28 ensures that the organisational structure supports the effective delivery of the Sellafield Ltd


As a Site Works Control Centre your main responsibilities would be:

  • Managing the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) on behalf of the Sellafield Site.
  • Releasing all maintenance Work Orders (WO) to agreed timescale.
  • Ensure the work order meets the audit requirements, mandatory fields complete and authorised appropriately.
  • Ensure Work Order is complete and signed off in the M3 system meeting requirements.
  • Undertake all amendments to the CMMS as authorised and confirmed by the relevant paperwork.
  • File / Archive all CMMS Work Orders and change forms, in line with Company Retention Schedule.
  • Deal with local queries from plant personnel regarding system information/reporting tools before being passed to Central CMMS Helpdesk for resolution.
  • Follow the Repatriation Process following sign off to meet record management requirements.

You'll have relevant experience in:


  • Effective team member with excellent attention to detail
  • Good analytical skills with knowledge of standard problemsolving techniques.
  • Computer literate and have familiarity with Microsoft Office packages including advanced Excel skills.
  • Evidence of excellent customer service delivery.
  • Evidence of knowledge working to specifications and standards.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 12 months


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • SEASCALE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
