Description

We are a leading charity fundraising, event management and corporate hospitality company specialising in charity auctions, supplying bespoke corporate hospitality and experience packages.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a super organised and self-motivated Finance Assistant to join our busy team

This is a varied and fast-paced position and suitable for an individual who is pro-active and has excellent communication skills


Key Requirements:


  • Dealing with any finance and raising POs if required
  • Keep Sales ledger uptodate
  • Prepare all sales invoices and credit notes events, hospitality, upgrades/additions, refunds
  • Preparing invoices ready for payment, and produce reports on sales/debtors as required
  • Update event revenue/breakdown with late payments
  • Chasing any outstanding payers
  • Advise Accounting Manager of any problem accounts and agree action required
  • Gather supporting information for chargebacks
  • Be able to multitask and excellent eye for detail
  • Keeping database up to date at all times
  • Proficient user of Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Teams, (QuickBooks would be an advantage but not essential)

From £22,000.00 per year
