Description
We are a leading charity fundraising, event management and corporate hospitality company specialising in charity auctions, supplying bespoke corporate hospitality and experience packages.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a super organised and self-motivated Finance Assistant to join our busy teamThis is a varied and fast-paced position and suitable for an individual who is pro-active and has excellent communication skills
Key Requirements:
- Dealing with any finance and raising POs if required
- Keep Sales ledger uptodate
- Prepare all sales invoices and credit notes events, hospitality, upgrades/additions, refunds
- Preparing invoices ready for payment, and produce reports on sales/debtors as required
- Update event revenue/breakdown with late payments
- Chasing any outstanding payers
- Advise Accounting Manager of any problem accounts and agree action required
- Gather supporting information for chargebacks
- Be able to multitask and excellent eye for detail
- Keeping database up to date at all times
- Proficient user of Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Teams, (QuickBooks would be an advantage but not essential)
