Finance Assistant

LOCATION:
South Leicester, LE19

SALARY:
£22,000 - £25,000

Temporary Contract - Minimum 3 Months - Ongoing

Office Based

SF Recruitment are recruiting for an Finance Assistant to join an established business based in the South of Leicester, on a temporary basis.

As the Finance Assistant you will join a well ran Finance team & have the ability to work both individually and in a team.

Your responsibilities of a Finance Assistant would include:

Processing purchase invoices and credit notes per month.
Matching and coding purchase invoices onto the system.
Prioritising supplier payments and making sure the ledger is updated for payment.
Dealing with supplier queries and being first point of contact over the telephone.
Performing supplier statement reconciliations.
Processing employee expenses and reconciling.
Assisting with the payment runs on a weekly basis.
Setting up new suppliers and maintaining existing account details.
Carrying out adhoc tasks such as month end reporting and assisting within other areas of finance as and when required.
