Capstone have partnered with a leading, international storage solutions provider, who are seeking an exceptional Learning & Development Manager to take overall responsibility for designing and implementing key learning and development initiatives at all levels across the organisation, primarily focused on customer facing colleagues.
They are required to identify and deliver a forward-thinking, efficient and effective learning and development agenda, which achieves the following:implements, and oversees leadership and management development programmes and interventions that support business objectives and business performance requirements.
