Bromley, Lewisham & Greenwich Mind is a highly regarded local charity, helping people to be mentally healthy and working together with those experiencing mental health problems and dementia to improve their quality of life. With an annual turnover of £7M, over 150 staff and 200 volunteers, we are one of the largest charities in the Mind network.


BLG Mind is working in partnership with Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust to deliver integrated support within the Trust's Community Mental Health Teams.

The integrated team provide support to people with long-term mental health problems, helping people develop their independence, self-management skills and achieve their recovery goals.

We are recruiting two
Mental Health Advisors to work within this fast paced and innovative service.


You will have the caseload management experience and skills to deliver focused, person-centred, individual support and IAG (Information and Guidance) on a wide range of social issues including guided self-help and management and social integration, liaising appropriately with specialists and professionals.


Successful applicants will be expected to undergo an Enhanced Level Disclosure and Barring Service check.
