- Make outbound calls to nursery managers and owners to introduce Nexter Recruitment's recruitment services.
- Schedule sales meetings for the Director or secure new accounts directly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Send introductory emails to potential clients and follow up.
- Utilize our recruitment booking system to manage appointments and placements (training provided).
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and persuasive telephone manner.
- An understanding of the nursery and childcare sector is preferred but not essential.
- Previous recruitment sales experience is preferred but not essential.
- Experience in building relationships and exceeding targets in a B2B or similar environment (a plus).
- Experience using a CRM system (a plus).
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in using a computer and comfortable with various software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written English is essential.
- Able to commute to Leeds city centre - office is at Kirkgate Market

- Flexible working arrangements: choose either 3 days per week (7:30 am - 3:30 pm) or 5 mornings per week (7:30 am - 11:30 am).
