Reed HR are proud to be working with a large public sector organsation based in Cardiff.

We are thrilled to offer an exceptional opportunity to work on organsational development initiatives and gain valuable experience within a large complex organsationas the training manager.

This is will be a 8 month fixed term contract until the end of December


What you'll be doing:


  • Designing and developing training materials at all levels to align with organsation strategic aims.
  • Prepare and delivering a portfolio of leadership training programmes from entry to senior staff levels.
  • Contribute to organsational development initiatives and development activities within a large HR function.
  • Motivate staff to engage with training and development by delivering effective and exciting learning solutions across the organsation.

What you'll need:


  • CIPD in training or equivalent experience
  • Experience developing staff and identifying training needs.
  • Experience delivering leadership training to senior and entry staff
