An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of the Catering team this season.


The successful candiate will take ownership of the administration and coordination of catering staffing at Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) for Events & Experiences and County and MCC Cricket business; ensuring the staff (casual and agency) of the highest calibre are always resourced.

They will support the Operations Manager (Staffing) and Assistant Staffing Manager in the successful delivery of the Staffing function, and to assist with all cricket events, recruitment, training, payroll, uniform, and general office administration.


  • The role requires a commitment to staff welfare, financial awareness, and adherence to MCC policies and procedures and current legislation at all times.

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS - SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Administrative experience and organisational skills.
  • High standards of personal presentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills polite, friendly and approachable.
  • High standard of written English.
  • Punctual, committed and flexible in working hours.
  • Resilient and cando attitude.
  • Capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations.
