    THE COMPANY

    An international P&I insurance company.

    THE ROLE

    A Claims Associate is sought with responsibility to provide P&I claims handling service and advice to the Club's cruise and ferry membership.

    The role is based with a dedicated team that looks after the Club's passenger ship Members based in North America and Europe with ships trading worldwide.


    THE CANDIDATE


    Previous experience handling personal injury cases including passengers and crew, from either another P&I club, insurer, law firm, ship owner or ship agent.

    Excellent communication skills, including negotiating, presenting, and reporting (written and verbal).

    Ability to build and maintain effective business relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.

    Highly organised, motivated, and enthusiastic with an excellent attention to detail.

    Ability to deliver high quality work within agreed timeframes to and prioritise individual workload.

    Proactive and able to use own initiative.

    The ability to work within a team.

    3-5 years' experience Cruise & Ferry background highly desirable
