- Effective management of your team on the park to include Park Operations, Admissions, Engineering, Park Presentations, Facilities, Health and Safety and Catering
- Personnel matters, holiday, one to ones, sickness, and recruitment of the best talent
- Management of incident and crisis plans working with your team and other departments within the park
- Oversee implementation of new rides and ride improvements
- Manage budgets and forecasts to maintain a healthy revenue stream
- Working with guest services in delivering an exceptional family fun day out
- As our Park General Manager you will undertake necessary duties to effectively manage the park, teams, revenue, guest experiences and employees
- 40 hour working week with flexibility to suit the needs of the business working 5 days out of 7

As our Park General Manager your role is crucial in ensuring that our operation runs smoothly and efficiently. Overseeing the day-to-day operations, staff management, guest satisfaction and the parks financial health.
