We use the power of sport to motivate, educate and inspire people in our local communities to improve their life chances.- About the opportunity: We have an exciting opportunity for an Impact and Reporting Administrator to join our growing Everton in the Community team.

Through maintaining our Salesforce CRM software, the Impact and Reporting Administrator will support the Impact Manager in providing effective analysis of Everton in the Community's award-winning programmes.

This will involve supporting programmes in collecting and uploading user and engagement data as well as leading on the creation and deployment of online data collection methods that will gather feedback and outcome data.- The Impact and Reporting Administrator will play a key role in evidencing the impact of programmes and provide insight on issues affecting young people and adults across Merseyside.


Other key responsibilities will include:

  • Advising the team as a first point of contact for all data and reporting queries to ensure the business has access to efficient and informative monitoring, evaluation and learning system support
  • Improve EitC's reach and engagement on social media, website etc.
  • Contribute towards the development of written reports in Word and PowerPoint, using charts and tables to highlight the main findings.
  • Take responsibility for personal performance and the development of personal skills to ensure the required skills, knowledge, and competence to fulfil the role
  • Training will be provided on our internal systems
  • Safeguarding
  • To understand the Club's Safeguarding policy, procedures and best practice guidelines. To use this understanding to ensure safe working practices, appropriate reporting of concerns and contribute positively to an Antibullying environment.
  • Who we are looking for: We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated with a genuine passion for community and education interventions including their effectiveness as well as a genuine interest in programmes that support people within deprived communitiesOther key Knowledge and Skills will include:
  • Knowledge of Everton in the Community programmes/initiatives
  • Experience of programme monitoring and/or evaluation in a nonprofit field
  • Experience of working with young people and adults from a variety of backgrounds
  • Ability to coordinate work and meet deadlines
  • A flexible approach to working evenings and weekends as requiredThe hours for this role will be 35 hours per weekThis opportunity will be offered on a 12month fixed term basis.
