Description

Meraki Talent are seeking an experienced Audio Typist for a permanent role within Glasgow.

Ideally applicants will have come from a finance or legal background.

Key duties will include;

Working from a shared mailbox
Listen to dictated information and audio type into a presentably format, ensuring accuracy at all time
Creation of letter templates and mail merge
Updating systems, with accurate data in a timely manner
Liaising with management on results and providing meaningful MI

Applicants must have an excellent typing ability, as well as the ability to work quickly and accurately, providing dictated documents in a timely manner.

Additionally, applicants should have excellent knowledge of MS Office, in particular Word, using the mail merge function.

Hybrid approach to work

Applicants will must be able to pass a credit and criminal check.
