    Stock Exchange Hotel is located within the heart of central Manchester. Positioned on Norfolk Street in between Market Street and King Street

    Set within the former home of the Manchester Stock Exchange; every detail has been meticulously considered to create our luxury, boutique accommodation and capture the spirit and heritage of the building.     We are lookig for a dymanic Receptionist to join our fabulous Front Office team at the Stock Exchange Hotel.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Warmly greet guests and assist with check-in.
    • Provide meticulous guest service.
    • Assist with reservations and handle inquiries.
    • Ensure cleanliness of guest areas.
    • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
    • Address complaints efficiently and report feedback.
    • Communicate effectively with other departments.
    • Adhere to policies and emergency procedures.
    • Support and respect team members.
    • Foster teamwork and uphold company values.
    • Actively participate in meetings.
    • Assist team members with tasks.
