    Description

    We are currently looking for highly customer-focused and enthusiastic Desktop Engineer to support our client, predominately based on their site in Scotstoun and providing support to sites in Govan and Hill End when required.

    This is a full-time permanent position working 37.5-hours per week, Monday - Friday between the hours of 07:00 - 19:00.


    out security audits of all devices holding data on the network by scanning and reporting
    ~– Installations, Moves, Additions and Changes
    ~ and Eyes Support to visually verify the state of managed devices
    ~ Support including special project activities as they arise
    ~ and system fault diagnosis, analysis and fix
    ~ clean UK Driving License
    experience in a similar role with ITIL environment
    Support knowledge including Microsoft Windows XP/7/10 onwards
    communicator both face-to-face & over the phone
    Windows Share\File permissions
    Android/IPhone)
    of SCCM
    Basic Network Knowledge (Patching, tracing switch information etc.)
