360 Billing Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant - Driving/Logistics, Industrial or Perms or your chosen sector where you have had success

£28,000 - £30,000 basic per annum plus one of the best commission structures in the industry

THE COMPANY


My client is a small independent high street recruiter based in Nottinghamshire and who have been established for a number of years and are part of a larger group, they operate within the Industrial and Driving sectors and they now wish to open a new branch in the East Midkands regon and move into other sector's.

They now have an opportunity for an experienced Senior 360 recruiter to open a branch in the Nottingham region.


THE ROLE


Reporting into the Branch Manager you will be responsible for developing your own desk/division within your desired sector temps or perms as well as working with existing clients and identifying new clients to maximise business potential.

Developing key retention strategies to ensure continuity and service excellence to their client base.

Implementing business strategy around your vertical market and developing knowledge and expertise within that sector.
