*Job Title: Registered Nurse**Salary: £ £22.00ph**Hours: 24-48 p/w (Days or Nights)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client who have a Luxury Nursing Home and are looking for a Registered Nurse to join their team.

You must be a qualified Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin number.

The homes care's for residents with dementia, mental health, younger adults, old age and physical disabilities and are looking for someone with experience of working in a similar setting as well as being an dedicated Registered Nurse.

*Requirements: - Be a Registered Nurse (current registration with NMC).

Have thorough and uptodate knowledge of nursing theory and best practice at the level of a qualified nurse (level 5).
Be able to demonstrate effective nursing practice in all basic registered nurse procedures.
Work flexibly within rostered hours and oncall rota as required.

*Registered Nurse Job Duties: - Provide care to patients and residents based on their care plan outlined by their doctor

Accurately monitor and record observations on patients' conditions
Maintain accurate records of resident's care, financial procedures, and medication administration
Identify care planning needs
Carry out risk assessment
Record patients' vital signs and medical information
Revaluate patient care plan as conditions change
Consult and coordinate with other healthcare team members
Direct or supervise less experienced staff
