Full Time - Permanent


Uniting People is seeking a full-time Sales Associate to join our team As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the brand.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with a team and has a positive attitude.

**Location

  • Hinckley**
    Salary:£24,000 rising by £500 every 6 months upto £27,000 (Based on hitting KPI's)

Bonus:

Taking you up to £32k


Hours:

Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.30pm
1 in 4 Saturdays 9.30am to 3.30pm


Role:


  • Converting leads
  • Generating leads based on customers needs
  • Managing workflow
  • Aftersales care/support
  • Effectively establishing customers needs
  • Upselling at every opportunity to achieve maximum profit
  • Using inhouse systems
  • Working towards targets and KPI's both personal and team

Pay:
£24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
  • Commission pay
