    Scrap Metal Trader/ Buyer
    Up to £55,000 per annum | Permanent | Hybrid S43

    Capella Professional are proud to have partnered with a market leading metal recycling business to source an experienced Scrap Metal Trader/ Buyer to join their established team.

    As a forward thinking and innovative organisation, they utilise the latest technology for maximum recovery and recyclability of a wide range of ferrous and nonferrous metals.

    About The Role

    The key function of the role is to source and procure scrap metal, liaising with suppliers to secure a competitive price alongside trading responsibilities.

    The role supports hybrid working with an element of working from home, being on the road/ visiting suppliers and attending the office.

    Essential Skills
    Experience of working within the recycling sector (metal preferably)
    Procurement/ sourcing suppliers
    Negotiating and objection handling
    Driving license
    Building long term professional relationships
    Sales
    Working Hours
    Monday - Friday / 9.00am - 5.00pm
