Office and Facilities Manager, Luxury Retail, London, 6 month fixed term contract, £38,000-£45,000 p/r
Our client a luxury Retail Company with a mixture of retail outlets/offices/properties based in and around London, South East and the East of England requires a Facilities Manager to join their firm.
The main duties of the Office and Facilities Manager role include:
- Organise maintenance work
- Management of Cleaning/utilities and oversee contractors
- Oversee site inspections, travel risk assessments and accident investigation
- Maintain keyholder list and organise 6 monthly inspections
- First point of contact for office
- Manage tenant relationships and maintain property records
- Monitor and review Health & Safety Policy annual review, plus organise audits
- Liaise with H&S site reps
- Provide monthly Board reports
- Assist managers to implement systems and identify training needs
