We provide top-notch energy and sustainability advice to the construction and property industries. Based in Tiverton, we have a remote team of on-site engineers, working collaboratively with clients nationwide. We are proud of our stellar reputation and the excellent feedback we receive from clients for our exceptional customer service.

    We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Administrative Coordinator to join our team. Your main responsibilities will include handling client inquiries, preparing quotations, and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs). This dynamic role is perfect for team players who excel under pressure and enjoy working collaboratively.

    The ideal candidate will be a multitasking pro with a keen eye for detail, capable of managing a demanding workload efficiently. Strong communication skills are a must, as you will be the initial point of contact for many clients. Professionalism and friendliness in all interactions are key, whether over the phone or via email.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Main point of contact for calls, directing to the appropriate team members as needed.
    • Creating new job enquiries from clients.
    • Generating accurate quotations and following up with clients when necessary.
    • Scheduling tasks and allocating resources for teams.
    • Handling invoicing for specific teams.
    • Coordinating with client technical departments for necessary information.
    • Preparing databases for EPC production.
    • Issuing EPCs in a timely manner.
    • Managing documents on AES HUB and client portals.
    • Providing support to on-site engineers and processing air test results if needed.
    • Assisting consultant, management, and admin teams as required.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong multitasking abilities.
    • Self-management of a busy workload with precision.
    • Efficient and accurate data entry skills.
    • Team player mindset.
    • Background in construction or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
