The Maternity Quality, Risk and Safety team are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated individual to join our busy, friendly team and drive forward the work we are doing with NHSR and the Maternity Incentive Scheme.

Specifically the post holder will be expected to:

Be an authoritative and credible source of knowledge, information and specialist clinical advice in relation to the NHS Resolution Maternity Incentive Scheme.

Ensure the Specialty meet as a minimum the National Standards of the Care Quality Commission and NHS Resolution.

Write regular accurate and legible reports on progress with achieving the National Standards of the Care Quality Commission and NHS Resolution, including any challenges for escalation.

Provide leadership and specialist advice to, the maternity service _, _regarding legislation, guidance and the regulatory framework relevant to the management of clinical risk and to improving clinical standards and patient safety.
