- Complete all manufacturing tasks as scheduled on a daily and weekly basis.
- Report and identify problems associated with chromatography systems and chromatography resins
- Consistently maintaining high standards of GMP
- Follow SOPs with outstanding adherence and report any problems with documentation.
- All other tasks as may be requested by the Team Leader.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work safely with various chemicals and reagents.
- Ability to read and accurately follow Standard Operation Procedures.
- Basic mathematical skills, including an understanding of the metric system, unit conversions and basic calculations.
- Punctual and dependable, consistently arriving to work on time and ready to work.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills for working effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to routinely lift equipment of up to 15kg.
- A desire to identify and implement continuous improvements.
