In the role you will need to be an expert in SAP/SuccessFactors and play a key part in the maintenance and support of the HRIS.
Additionally, playing a critical role in the optimisation of the implemented modules.About you:
HR Degree or equivalent with hands on experience managing various HRIS Systems Extensive HR systems reporting, HR process, and project management experience required Knowledge of HR principles, practices and standards What you'll do: Collaborate with stakeholders for accurate global People information Coordinate with Technology teams for integration management Communicate system changes to end-users Define and assess SuccessFactors for improvements Implement and test changes from H1/H2 releases Managing Tier 2 support cases through ServiceNow Recommend and implement SuccessFactors process enhancements Review and execute configuration changes aligned with best practices Participate in configuration testing and collaborating with different business areas.
