    Description

    Ardmore has a solid track record of delivering numerous large projects throughout London, gaining recognition for its work on significant phased regeneration schemes. Notable projects in their portfolio include the Corinthia Hotel, Churchill's Old War Office, and the Greenwich Peninsula.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the main point of contact for the facade contractor, overseeing design, operational, and commercial aspects.
    • Lead regular facade package meetings to ensure effective communication.
    • Collaborate extensively with internal and external teams to facilitate smooth project progress.
    • Implement thorough QA procedures for the entire facade package, following Fieldview protocols.
    • Manage quality checks, address snagging works, and secure client approval.
    • Ensure strict compliance with HS&E legislation and Health and Safety plans, maintaining high safety standards.

    Requirements:

    • Familiarity with various facade systems such as Rainscreen, Stick and Stone/Brick for new constructions.
    • Experience in main/sub contractor roles within facade delivery, knowledge of JCT contracts, and proficiency in MS Projects or ASTA.
    • Proficiency in 4 Projects, Fieldview, and interpreting drawings.
    • NVQ Level 6 in Site Management or equivalent qualification.
    • Holder of SMSTS certification and CSCS black card (management level).
