WHAT DOES SUCCESSLOOK LIKE?

• As a leader in your fieldyou will consistently deliver an experience aligned with ourexperiential retail pillars - Community & Connection,Memorable Moments, and Inspiration & Innovative
• You will thrive in delivering a world class experiencelike no other, ensuring the customer is at the heart of alldecisions, leading a centre of innovation andexperimentation
• Execute precise andaesthetically pleasing piercings, ensuring the customers' visionfor their ear stack is realised with meticulous attention todetail.
• Inspire the customer with stylingadvice, demonstrating different stack options and jewellery choicesas well as establishing a personal connection withthem
• Strong presence on the shop floor,actively sharing your expertise
• The ability tobe adaptable and genuine in more sensitive/sentimentalappointments
• Thoroughly keeping on top of thehygiene & cleanliness of your studio, as well as managingpiercing supplies for your store

• This role is suitable for anyPiercers with at least 2 years experience in a studio looking forthat next step in their journey

• You're always looking for a better wayto do things and are naturally curious in everything you do andevery conversation you have

• £16 p/h + commission
