"An amazing opportunity for a senior credit controller to join a leading company in Newry to join their Finance Team as a Credit Controller at their Head Office Based in Newry

About the Job

The credit controller will be expected to carry out the following duties

Proactive debt management throughout the month to ensure their exposure is in line with credit limits and terms.
Providing risk assessments and credit checks for all new customers
Liaising with solicitors and sale staff to recover bad debts
Manage order release in line with company deadlines
Capturing and quickly actioning customer complaints
Management of customer database

Your skills & experience

Essential
Previous Credit Control Experience (ideally in a large organization)
The ability to work in team as well as individually
The ability to recognise potential risks to the company and react accordingly
Confident enough to make decisions on their own
Possess the ability to work to strict deadlines
Can work on own initiative
