    Maintain a good relationship with suppliers Assemble best costs from suppliers Supply quotations to customers Liaise with Service Co Ordinator regarding parts to be installed Liaise with Engineers regarding parts requested and consumed Passing of invoices related to orders General office and telephone duties Your skills & experience Experience of working in an administration role (Essential) Experience working in a finance admin/ accounts assistant position (Desirable) Currently studying toward IATI or equivalent (Desirable and full study support can be provided) Have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
