About Factory International Factory International is the organization behind Manchester International Festival (MIF) and the landmark new cultural space, Aviva Studios, in Manchester. Hosting an ambitious year-round program of original work and unique events, Factory International builds on MIF's legacy, hosting the festival every other year at its new home and other venues across Greater Manchester. Position Details

About the Role As the Fundraising Manager, you'll work with creative and visionary philanthropists and donors who want to be part of Factory International's fabric and what it represents for Manchester. Your key responsibility is developing and stewarding relationships from £10,000 upwards, working with both new and existing prospect pools. This includes using data insights, donor intelligence, and exceptional stewardship to increase support and engagement.
About You To excel in this role, you should be a skilled relationship manager who can thrive alongside creatives, artists, and other talented fundraisers. Confidence in networking with high-net-worth individuals and philanthropists, and the ability to make fundraising asks, is essential. Your experience should include:
You don't necessarily need an arts background, but you must be able to articulate the transformative power of art. The ideal candidate should have a flexible, life, and family-friendly approach, open to discussing how the role can work with personal circumstances.
