Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Services Representative.

As a Client Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the financial services industry.

This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and gain experience in the financial services industry.


Responsibilities:


  • Analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and address any concerns or issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
  • Assist with client onboarding and provide training as needed
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a client services role preferred
  • Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,377.86 per year
