With recent growth and investment, we're expanding our Public Sector team, looking for an Alliance Manager to leverage established partnerships with Systems Integrators and IT services firms.
Job Purpose:
Generate revenue with new/existing partners in the Public Sector.
Collaborate with senior management to grow revenue leveraging Jumar's capabilities.
Generate leads aligned with Jumar's Ideal Client Profile and target market.
Targets:
Gross Profit, Revenue, Margin %Net Promoter Score
Key Performance Indicators:
Partners contractedNew opportunities registeredOpportunities closedCRM usage and process compliance
Main Responsibilities:
Generate, qualify, and progress opportunities with System Integrators and IT services firms.
Build a pipeline of opportunities from new and existing partners.
Develop and maximize relationships for ongoing business.
Act as subject matter expert for Jumar's service portfolio.
Maintain detailed sales and account plans.
Establish and maintain relationships at C-level.
Contribute to bid strategies and apply pre-qualification process.
Maintain aligned pipeline and client strategies.
Effective time management and prioritization.
Obtain client and partner publicity.
Deliver complex presentations.
Network and manage stakeholder engagement.
Grow and develop a portfolio of accounts.
Follow structured sales process.
Business development onsite or remotely.
Maintain Account Plans.
Ensure quality and security standards compliance.
Skills and Experience:
Partner/channel sales experience in technology/digital for the public sector.
Understanding of budget cycles, frameworks, and procurement processes.
Strong commercial acumen.
