- Planning in the moment and implementing learning experiences in alignment with the EYFS framework
- Developing enabling environments which meet individual needs in line with the Froebelian approach

- A full and relevant Level 2/3 qualification in Childcare such as EYE, NVQ, CACHE or recognised equivalent

- The right to work in the UK and a clear enhanced DBS
- Regular training and professional development training
