PERMANENT ROLE
£75,000 + BENEFITS**
Company Overview:Morgan Philips Specialist Recruitment are presently representing a purchasing, procurement, and business services organization operating within the food and beverages space. This business handle the purchasing and supply of specified and approved food, packaging,equipment and business solutions for a major, globally operating restaurant franchise.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Working with the internal stakeholders to advise upon, draft, negotiate and execute a wide variety of contracts including framework agreements, purchase contracts, distribution agreements, services contracts, NDA's, letters of intent, termination notices.
  • Working collaboratively with business teams to provide tailored support, guidance and advice on broad range of commercial and corporate matters including confidentiality, IP, data and limitation of liability clauses.
  • Support projects/transactions involving multiple stakeholders
  • Providing sound and solutionorientated legal advice to all functions
  • Providing general support and assistance to the GC.

Role Requirements:


  • UK Qualified Lawyer or qualified in another European jurisdiction
  • Significant post qualification experience with a primary focus on commercial contracts
  • Experience of intellectual property and data protection law an advantage but not a necessity
  • Ability to grow strong stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
  • Confident selfstarter
