PERMANENT ROLE
£75,000 + BENEFITS**
Company Overview:Morgan Philips Specialist Recruitment are presently representing a purchasing, procurement, and business services organization operating within the food and beverages space. This business handle the purchasing and supply of specified and approved food, packaging,equipment and business solutions for a major, globally operating restaurant franchise.

Key Accountabilities:

Working with the internal stakeholders to advise upon, draft, negotiate and execute a wide variety of contracts including framework agreements, purchase contracts, distribution agreements, services contracts, NDA's, letters of intent, termination notices.
Working collaboratively with business teams to provide tailored support, guidance and advice on broad range of commercial and corporate matters including confidentiality, IP, data and limitation of liability clauses.
Support projects/transactions involving multiple stakeholders
Providing sound and solutionorientated legal advice to all functions
Providing general support and assistance to the GC.

Role Requirements:

UK Qualified Lawyer or qualified in another European jurisdiction
Significant post qualification experience with a primary focus on commercial contracts
Experience of intellectual property and data protection law an advantage but not a necessity
Ability to grow strong stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
Confident selfstarter
