Customer Invoicing Support Executive (Hybrid Working)- £22,000 - £24,000 per annum, DOE
- Monday to Friday
- 9am5.30pm
- 37.5 hours per week
- 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office.
This position will involve a mixture of home and office-based working.
You'll be part of a team who are genuinely enthusiastic about our customers, guiding them when they need help with a variety of invoice queries and showing we value them.
- Working efficiently with the team to provide a seamless service to internal and external customers
- Speaking with customers daily through a variety of communication channels
- Investigating any invoice queries and engaging with wider business teams including the teams who process customer contract changes to relay accurate information to customers
- Working closely with other teams, such as the Finance Team and Revenue Operations Team
- Accurately maintaining customer information so invoices reach the right place first time
- Supporting Account Managers with general invoicing queries
- Helping work towards the agreed team objectives that contribute to the wider company mission
- Supporting the team with bespoke projects from time to time to trial new processes and initiatives
- Proactively and constructively contributing ideas and challenging team processes where potential improvements have been identified
- Be solution driven, able to adapt service approach to tailor the customers' needs.
- Be a clear and strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Be confident speaking with different people to build strong rapport and manage expectations
- Be empathetic and caring to customers' needs and expectations
- Have good time management and the ability to prioritise
- Be able to build a complete understanding of how the business bills different customer types
- Be comfortable working under pressure in a calm manner
- Be a keen problem solver with a desire to take ownership to resolve queries
- Have solid IT skills including Excel, Word and ideally CRM databases
- Be methodical with high standards and take pride in their work
- Be numerate with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Be comfortable with change and being open to the role and process evolving and learning new responsibilities
