Executive Assistant, Glasgow (Fully Remote)

Salary £ £38000 DOE
We are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to support our Managing Partners and Partners within the European Operations.


The Executive Assistant position requires a person who is poised, confident, efficient, shows initiative and who is sensitive to the needs of our team of executives, project managers and administrative support staff while ensuring strict confidentiality atall times.

The ability to exercise sound judgement and juggle priorities are a must, as are superior organizational and coordination skills.

As we are a small team, we look to all of our team members to roll up their sleeves and take on whatever tasks arenecessary to get the job done right.


  • At least 3 years' experience supporting executives, preferably within a small to medium sized organization
  • Polished, professional communication style and excellent writing skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders
  • Intuitive and organized with strong attention to detail
  • A team player mentality
  • Ability to multitask, keep track of priorities, and meet deadlines with mínimal supervision
  • Ability to react quickly, while remaining calm under pressure
  • Exceptional software skills including MS Office
  • Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Familiarity with social media (LinkedIn) would be an asset
  • The ability to travel on occasion; a valid passport is required

Responsibilities:


  • Provides seamless administrative support for the Managing Partners and Partners
  • Manages calendar and coordinates meetings for executives. Attends meetings, takes notes and tracks action items.
  • Books travel using Concur or through our travel business provider
  • Support in business development initiatives and activities. Liaise with clients, track contacts and maintain correspondence on CRM.
  • Support in onboarding of project managers and be the main point of contact for the European Business Unit
  • Collaborates and maintains a strong working relationship with other colleagues across departments including members of our executive team, global project managers, and the Global Support teams.
  • Coordinates all aspects of events and team meetings, both internally and externally
  • Prepares presentations, proposals and provide research as required
