X2 Outreach Family Support Worker - Liverpool City Council (HYBRID/Part Time)

We are looking for an
Outreach Family Support Worker you will be based at:

We are currently working with Liverpool City Council to help recruit for an Outreach Family Support Worker,
Outreach family support worker to undertake early help assessments with families.

create support plans and chair team around the family meetings to review the progress and identify any additional areas of support.

The role involves direct work with children and young people to explore their views and worries to ensure that the plans/interventions are helping to improve their outcomes.
