Job Purpose


To enable the Company to achieve the agreed quality and production targets, by working as part of a team manufacturing and despatching all products efficiently and effectively, meeting the quality standards set.

Trained in all departments to ensure adequate cover.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Good attention to detail and basic maths skills essential
  • Flexible approach to working hours and conditions.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Effective team worker.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Foam
  • Using a variety of foam to create wheelchair cushions, using band knives and band saws
  • Material using various fabrics to make cushion covers, using templates. Use of scissors or material knife cutter
  • Sewing basic sewing knowledge preferable, but full training will be given. Using cut material to create covers for cushions
  • Dispatch use of computer system to ship the product to customers

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£10.00 per hour
