Up to £13 per hour depending on experience
Hours:
Part Time 30hours a week Mon-Friday (Would consider 4days at 7.5h or 5 shorter days)

Do you have experience working in Recruitment, Administration, or HR?
Acorn is currently seeking a temporary People & Culture Administrator based in Newquay.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative support for all company recruitment, including advertising, liaison with agencies as appropriate, arranging interviews, followup correspondence etc.
- Onboarding support, scheduling inductions, communications with Managers, IT and other departments to support the rollout of our onboarding program Flying Start program
- Learning and development administrative support to include the coordination of communications, calendar invites, meeting room setup, etc.
- Support coordination of regular site maintenance checks and arrange repairs and remedial work as necessary. Ensuring the site is maintained to the highest standard.
- Support with a full range of clerical duties to include meeting room management, arranging internal meetings, making enquiries.
- Administrative support.
Experience:
- Proven experience of working in a similar customer centric, administrator position
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proactive and handson approach, stimulated by working in a fastpaced office environment
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with a diversity of people is essential
- Strong team player with excellent time management and organisational skills
- Reliable, trustworthy, and familiar with always maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information
- Excellent computer literacy to include Outlook, Power Point, Excel and use of inhouse systems
- Previous experience in a consultancy or internal recruitment position is highly desirable
Qualifications:
- Experience of working in a similar role.
- A relevant tertiary qualification preferred, but not essential.
