A great opportunity has arisen to join our European Revenue Management team in Flight Centre Travel Group to help grow our margins across Europe.

Our team is looking for a dynamic executive to help shape and drive the commercial performance across our Corporate and Leisure brands.

This role interacts with all travel verticals (Air, Rail, Hotel, Car Rental etc) and is responsible for maximising the group's income using all available content.


It requires setting up, distributing, pricing and monitoring fares available to our customers in a portfolio of brands and markets, in line with the European Supply strategy.

The role reports into the Revenue Management Team Leader and provides great exposure to our business. You will work directly with multiple stakeholders across our commercial, marketing, brands, data, finance and business solutions functions.

A key part of achieving the above is to identify pricing opportunities through thoughtful and insightful analysis which incorporates performance trends, pricing architecture analysis vs peers and competitor pricing intelligence.

All pricing decisions need to be data driven, so ensuring we have the right data and insights is a critical part of this role.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Owning the content distribution and pricing of your portfolio, from the moment travel suppliers make it available to us, to the selling and servicing stage with our customerfacing teams, in order to maximise the opportunity for Flight Centre Travel Group.
  • Define a road to success for your portfolio in terms of pricing and commercial strategy, and lead its execution and performance, in line with the European Revenue Management strategy.
  • Represent the Revenue Management team in various internal forums to support companywide initiatives.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Revenue Management team, both in terms of Strategy as well as systems and processes.
  • Define and lead the adoption of key initiatives internally, both in terms of commercial opportunities and technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to make sense of complex data to isolate the key trends and make the complex sound simple.
  • Commercially minded, able to understand and anticipate the effect of a decision on the wider business.
  • Handson approach, as you will be delivering your ideas and performance in our pricing and distribution systems.
