Description

As the Senior Administrator of this critical function, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the team's activities, ensuring efficient and accurate assessments of customer needs and requirements.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the Customer Assessment Team, fostering a collaborative and highperforming work environment.
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Coordinate the assessment of customer needs and gather relevant information to develop comprehensive profiles and understand their unique requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure assessments are accurate, thorough, and compliant with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Data Management: Oversee the maintenance and organization of customer data and assessment records, ensuring data security and confidentiality.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine assessment procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, seeking ways to improve customer experience.

Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support, to share insights and improve overall customer service.


  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present reports on customer assessment trends, findings, and recommendations to senior management.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a senior administrative or leadership role, preferably in customer assessment, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and a commitment to maintaining highquality standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data management and analysis.

Salary:
£26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
