    As a Payroll Team Leader, the salary ranges between £25,500 to £27,500 plus annual bonuses.     As a Payroll Team Leader, you'll be tasked with:

    • Processing payroll accurately and on time for each client
    • Handling incoming enquiries in a professional and efficient way
    • Assisting the Head of Payroll and other colleagues with various projects and tasks
    • Building relationships with new and prospective employees and clients
    • Ensuring all actions made put our employees and customers at the centre of your thought process
    • Assisting a small team and providing leadership and direction with your industry knowledge

    The ideal person for the Payroll Team Leader role should have:
    • At least 1 year's experience in payroll processing
    • Outstanding communication skills
    • Good organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
    • A solid team ethic and a hard-working, enthusiastic attitude
    • Part or fully CIPP-qualified preferred
