Our client are a fast growing UK arm of a successful European Engineering business

Due to growth they are now looking to in-house their global Tax function from a third party and are looking for a seasoned Tax specialist to lead the project.

Located in Central London and offering flexible working, you will work with the Finance Manager and Director to head up this exciting project.

You will be supporting the UK business with the compliance of all overseas tax obligations for various Europeancountries.

You will be responsible for:

First point of contact for employees deployed to various European countries and local Accountants
Support the team with collecting, reviewing and analysing data
Assist in compliance duties regarding tax residence analysis, respective documentation and tax computations
Review and prepare selfassessment tax returns
Support the development of members of the team
Be involved in marketing and business development activities
Learn, develop and progress your mobility exposure and technical expertise

We are seeking a Tax Manager who can demonstrable experience across the above areas of Global Mobility, or with a mix of Employment Tax or Employer Solutions experience

This is initially an interim role expected to last for 6 month with a review, as this is a newly created role there maybe scope for this to be a part time assignment.
