- Work collaboratively across all teams, including security, cleaning, customer services, and more.
- Build and maintain robust 3rd party and stakeholder relationships, and champion corporate responsibility initiatives.
- Innovate and lead within a vibrant retail environment.
- Collaborate closely with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Make a significant impact on tenant satisfaction and centre performance.
- Results-driven with substantial shopping centre or retail experience at a senior manager level.
- A proactive individual with excellent customer service skills and strong communication abilities.
- Adaptable, flexible, and detail-oriented with a focus on delivering consistent results.
- Comfortable working 5 over 7 days, including occasional weekend work and bank holiday work.
