Ensuring Job Card write up compliance with regards to OEM Warranty Procedures.
Managing and improving workshop Productivity and Efficiency by allocating the correct jobs to the correctly skilled technicianIdentifying Technician Training Needs.
What do you need to succeed as a Workshop Supervisor?Proven experience within a service department in the motor industryAn excellent understanding of systems and processes operated to within this environmentA strong knowledge of Health and SafetyConfident with dealing with people at all levels, be able to build an immediate rapportExcellent planning and organisational skillsComfortable in negotiating and influencing situationsLead by example to deliver an outstanding customer experience every timeHere at Pendragon, together, we're unstoppable.
