Description
What will the temporary Accounts Assistant role involve?
- Matching and posting purchase ledger invoices to the system in GBP, USD and EUR;
- Gaining required authorisations and ensure Purchase Orders and GRN's are present;
- Reconciling statements;
- Resolving internal and external queries;
- Setting up and making BACS payment;
- Providing Audit support to overseas parent company;
- Ad hoc supporting duties.
- Keen eye for detail, diligent and the ability identify issues;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- An open and flexible approach;
- Team Player with a positive attitude.
