What will the temporary Accounts Assistant role involve?

  • Matching and posting purchase ledger invoices to the system in GBP, USD and EUR;
  • Gaining required authorisations and ensure Purchase Orders and GRN's are present;
  • Reconciling statements;
  • Resolving internal and external queries;
  • Setting up and making BACS payment;
  • Providing Audit support to overseas parent company;
  • Ad hoc supporting duties.
  • Keen eye for detail, diligent and the ability identify issues;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • An open and flexible approach;
  • Team Player with a positive attitude.
