    With styleYou will oversee the following key areas:
    Acts as the primary liaison for the facade contractor, overseeing design, operational and commercial aspects.
    Chairs regular facade package meetings for effective communication.
    Collaborates extensively with various internal and external teams to ensure smooth project execution.
    Implements comprehensive QA procedures for the entire facade package, following Fieldview protocols.
    Manages quality checks, addresses snagging works, and obtains client sign-off.
    Ensures strict adherence to HS&E legislation and Health and Safety plans.
    Upholds high levels of safety standards throughout the project.


    You will have:
    Knowledge different facade systems i.e Rainscreen, Stick and Stone/Brick for new builds.

    Have experience working with a main/sub contractor experience within facade delivery, familiarity with JCT contracts, knowledge of MS Projects or ASTA.Be proficient in 4 Projects, Fieldview, and drawing interpretation.

    NVQ Level 6 in Site Management or equivalent.
    SMSTS certification.
    CSCS black card (management).
