    We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to play a key role in the growth of the kitchen team. You should have excellent interpersonal skills, be receptive to guidance from the Head Chef, and capable of leading the team.


    Your main focus will be to assist in the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring service excellence, safety, and upholding the high standards set by the Head Chef.


    In collaboration with the Head Chef, you will contribute to creating new menus and dishes, showcasing your creativity to introduce innovative dishes while enhancing traditional favorites.


    You will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef, consistently maintaining COSHH and EHO standards.


    As part of a dynamic team of Chefs, you will have access to exciting growth prospects and be supported by our training system to advance to Senior Sous or Head Chef roles within the company.


    Essential Skills:

    • Excellent culinary skills, presentation, and meticulous attention to detail
    • Positive attitude and ability to remain composed in challenging situations
    • Readiness to assume the role of the Head Chef as needed
    • Adherence to Health & Safety, EHO, and HACCP standards and protocols
    • Knowledge of Stocktakes and GP%
    • Ability to assist with scheduling, training, and managerial duties
    • Comprehensive understanding of venue operations
